Telefonica is a Spanish multinational telecommunications company. It is one of the largest telephone operators and mobile network providers in the world. I presented to the then Telefonica Alpha, now Koa Health.
What They Needed

Telefonica’s innovation subsidiary, then Telefonica Alpha, was working on various high tech projects. They were interesting to dive deeper into the principles of seamless design, so I was invited to present on the topic in their Barcelona HQ.

I provided a presentation to the employees at the Telefonica Alpha office, entitled “Design For Life: The Best Tech Isn’t Tech, It Just Works Seamlessly Into Your Life”.

The presentation unpacked use cases of successful and successful attempts at seamless design. It helped to uncover the psychology and philosophy behind this design approach, and provided guiding principles how they could implement seamless design in their projects.
